HOW TO ORDER
How to order your own pet figurine:
Option 1
1. Select your add-ons & posture for ONE pet figurine.
2. Add to cart & repeat step 1 if you want to make another pet figurine.
3. Once done, check out and make payment.
4. Then, we will send you an email requesting for picture reference(s). At this point, you may request for further customizing options like :
- downsizing / upsizing
- turn to jewelry
- create a diorama
- etc
Do note that some of these additional options may have extra charges. A separate bill will be sent to you once the additional options are finalized.
5. Finally, the making of your order will be scheduled based on a first come first served basis once all outstanding bills are paid.
Option 2
1. Directly email us your requests along with reference pictures and we will guide you through the order process.
2. When everything is finalized, the bill will be emailed to you.
3. Once payment is made, the making of your order will be scheduled based on a first come first served basis.
